One of the hardest things about being healthy is the holidays. There are two special days this month that can send all out good intensions down the drain in a day. Thanksgiving and Halloween. They are wonderful days. One for the family to get together and celebrate the harvest by enjoying a meal together and one for children to dress up and have fun. Planning this month is going to take time and effort but you can do it. Keep trying to get those workouts in and plan your meals. I will help out with a healthy meal on Tuesday Recipes and desert on Thursday Pampered treats. I hope that these healthy choices will help you stay on track to your goals.
Later this month I will also help out with healthy treats for those of you who are having Halloween parties. I may even put in a healthy drink or two for you. I'll see what I can find.
