If you are like me, then you work out so you can eat. I love food and I don't like giving up the foods that I like so I work out so that I can enjoy those foods that I love. I do eat junk food but I try to eat it in moderation. Sometimes that is harder to do than normal. I admit that I am an emotional eater and when something bad happens I tend to turn to food. So I work out so that when I do turn to food I can try to control the bad effects of eating too much junk food. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
What will you choose to do?
