Friday Reflections

As I look back on this week I am happy with what I accomplished.  I got some of the yard clean up done, got some presents made for Christmas and I managed to get some meals made and into the freezer.  But the best part of my week has been spending an hour walking in the woods with my friend and her dog.  Taking the time to go for a walk everyday has helped to heal some of the loneliness I feel after loosing my last dog a few weeks ago.  Taking that time to heal is what I needed.  I am now starting to think about what I want to do and planning for the coming week and year.  When you can take the time to heal and reflect on all the good things that have come into your life you can find motivation and determination to keep moving forward, to make changes and to decide what it is you want to accomplish.

Take the time to go for a walk in the woods.  Enjoy the fall colours.  Think about what it is you want to accomplish by the end of the year.  How can you do that.  Reflect on all the things that you have accomplished so far.  You will be surprised at what you have achieved.
