One simple word that has so much meaning.  Today I have a challenge for you and you may not like it.  I want you to find a full length MIRROR.  YES a MIRROR.  I want you to take all your clothes off and look at yourself,  NOT what you THINK you see but what you ACTUALLY SEE.  I want you to SEE just how amazing you are, that you are beautiful on the outside and the inside.  Write in your transformation journal about what you see, and how you feel when you really look at yourself.  NO JUDGEMENT, see beyond stereotypes and Hollywood dogma and really see yourself as you are.  Women have curves, WE ARE SUPPOSED TO.  Men are broad shouldered and are more straight lined.  We should be admiring the way we are shaped, it doesn't matter if you have a few or a lot of extra pounds or muscular and lean, you should be proud of what your shape is like.  Really look at that shape and find something to admire about it.  I know that I have an hour glass figure.  Which means I'm top heavy with a smaller waist and large hips.  I like that I have that shape because I enjoy the feel of my curves.  I like the way certain clothes accentuate different aspects of those curves.  I like empire waist dresses because they make me feel flirty, but I also like form fitting shirts that show off my chest and waist when I were jeans or shorts.  My shape may not be perfect and yes I carry extra weight but that doesn't mean that I don't like my body and my shape.  Of course I want to look better and get leaner but I know I will never be a size 0 let a lone a size 6.  I'm not built that way.  Don't be afraid to admire what you have.  Every person is beautiful in there own way, you just have to look beyond the stereotypes and media blathering of what an ideal is.  The reality is that everyone has a different shape and each shape is beautiful and should be admired.

I want you to admire your shape, and this may sound weird but I want you to look at people and find something beautiful about their shape that you admire.  That's ADMIRE NOT WISH YOU WERE LIKE THAT.  Admire the beauty before you everyday that is usually over looked.  SEE the individual NOT the stereotype.  NOW THAT IS A CHALLENGE!
