Tuesday Recipes......Quick and Easy

Breakfast Apple Pie Wrap(Serves 1)

1 Whole Wheat wrap small

1 packet stevia
cinnamon to taste

in a small bowl mix apple pieces, stevia and cinnamon.  Microwave for 2 minutes.  Place warmed apples on whole wheat wrap, roll and enjoy

Chicken Caesar Wrap (Serves 4)

2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
2 oz parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup cucumber, diced
10 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and cubed
4 tbsp. Caesar salad dressing fat free
4 whole wheat tortillas (6" round)

Cook and crumble bacon.  In a large bowl, toss bacon, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, cucumber, chicken and dressing.  Wrap in a tortillas

1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology or protein powder of choice
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1tsp coconut extract
12 oz ice water
3 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender, mix well and enjoy
