1 cup hot water
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology or protein powder of choice
1 pinch nutmeg
optional to make extra creamy 1/4 avocado
you can also add ground flaxseed or a tsp of flaxseed oil
put all ingredients in blender and mix well. Enjoy
Cauliflower Chowder (serves 4)

1 head cauliflower, roughly chopped;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
1 onion, diced;
2 carrots, peeled and chopped;
2 celery stalks, diced;
4 cups chicken stock;
1 cup coconut milk;
1¼ tsp. ground cumin;
1 tsp. ground turmeric;
½ tsp. ground coriander;
fresh dill, to taste; (optional)
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled;
Cooking fat;
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper;
Melt some cooking fat in a large saucepan placed over a medium heat.
Add the garlic, onion, carrots, and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender (about 5 minutes).
Stir in the cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Add in the chicken stock, cumin, turmeric, coriander, and coconut milk, and stir together.
Bring to a boil; then reduce the heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Season to taste and serve garnished with bacon and fresh dill to taste

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef;
1 cup onion, diced;
2 cups cauliflower, minced;
2 bell peppers (any color), chopped;
15 oz. diced tomatoes;
15 oz. tomato sauce;
3 cups beef stock;
½ tsp. dried basil;
½ tsp. dried oregano;
3 cloves garlic, crushed;
Cooking fat
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper;
Melt some cooking fat in a skillet placed over a medium-high heat and cook the onion and the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the beef to the skillet and cook until the meat is browned.
Place the beef and onion mixture in a slow cooker.
Add all the remaining ingredients, season to taste, and give everything a good stir.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
